Baby Harper

Adorable baby Harper stopped by our studio recently! Look at this sweet girl with big brother Miles! We had so much fun during our session. Miles was so polite and helpful with his little sister. He even met our resident cat Charlie who I believe helped him with his fear of cats! While Harper was busy cooing at me and Mom, Miles had his own conversation with Charlie :)

Harper was almost 8 weeks new when she came to see us. She rocked her session! We were able to get some sweet sleepy images as well as bright eyes and smiles. Harper had a lot to say to me and I enjoyed every minute. A typical newborn session is a baby under two weeks old. However, we will photograph older babies. When babies are older, it is very tough to get sleepy images and some of the more posed "typical" newborn images are not attainable because the baby is awake and moving more after two weeks. Mom did not know to bring Harper to a photographer so early. No problem! The important thing is she brought Harper in to get portraits! It is so important to document this time with your little one.

You only get one shot to record these memories. They will never be this small again. Schedule a session even if you missed the cutoff for a "newborn" session. You won't be sorry and you will cherish the images forever.
