Generations Together

I love photographing families! Even more so when there is a milestone to celebrate and several generations to capture. Meet Bob & Marquetta who just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary! To celebrate the occasion, they wanted family portraits with their kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids. This crew was so much fun to photograph! They all enjoy spending time with each other and make a point to do family dinners every week. Great memories for the great grandchildren who adore their grandparents and great-grandparents. We did their photoshoot in their beautiful backyard which made it easy for everyone to cool off during the session.  It's not easy for little ones when there are a lot of people around, a stranger trying to talk to you and it's 100 degrees outside. They handled it like champs and my secret weapon of smarties helped to win Ryker over (oldest great-grandchild). Family is precious.  Having your grandparents and great-grandparents nearby is a gift and must be celebrated and documented so future generations can see family connections and memories saved.
