Home for the Holidays

We enjoyed photographing this family right after Thanksgiving. Everyone wanted images for their Christmas cards, so we agreed to wait to share their wonderful images. It is tough when your kids grow up and move out of the house, at least that is what I am told. I believe it. With our own kids getting closer to college, I don't know what I will do when I cannot get everyone together for a family portrait. That is why it is so important to start capturing memories when they are young. As you can imagine, this mom/grandma was thrilled to have her kids with their spouses and children together for Thanksgiving. It was extra special to capture images of the grandsons with both sets of grandparents. This session was photographed in the Dominion, a beautiful area in northwestern San Antonio.
